Easy Potato Salad
5 lbs red skinned potatoes
1 large bottle Ranch salad dressing
3-5 green onions
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
Clean potatoes and cut into bite sized quarters. DO NOT PEEL! Boil until just tender. Drain and cool thoroughly. Set aside.
Cut green onions and tops into very thin slices. Combine chilled Ranch dressing with cooked, crumbled bacon and onion slices. Gently fold in cooled potatoes. Chill.
