White Bean Chicken Chili

2-1/2 cups cooked chicken, cut into chunks

3 cans Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed

1 jar salsa or picante

2-3 cans ready-to-serve chicken broth (14 oz)

1 cup chopped onion

2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper

 

Save 1/2 cup chicken broth; put all remaining ingredients in crock pot. Adjust spices to your taste. Mix 1/2 cup flour with the saved 1/2 cup chicken broth; stir into crock pot. Cook 4-6 hours. Enjoy!
